The World Cruise Center is famous as the home port of TV’s “Love Boat” and now features 1.16 million square feet of roof top solar panels. To avoid damage to the existing roof membrane, each of the 5,140 solar modules was secured using ballast weights. ARTO was tasked with producing ballast blocks each with custom weight, density, and dimensions to meet the project requirements.
